Experiences of a Mid-life Tech Entrepreneur, Immigrant, and Mom.

Yesterday I was at a startup Accelerator’s presentation about their application and selection process. Their second slide described how they had a 20% quota for women, 20% quota for 40+, and a 20% quota for minorities. I was tempted to ask if I was a sure shot to get in since I met all 3 categories. The unfortunate reality is that being in each of these buckets further lowers my chances of success. But, I’m here and still standing sharing the story of my life as a Mid-life Tech Entrepreneur, Immigrant, and Mom. Three Strikes and Still in the Game!
